Good to know
How is my song made?
We write original lyrics from the details you give us, then produce the music using AI music tools. Every song is listened to and checked by us before it is sent, so names are sung right and nothing is left to chance.
How long does it take?
Standard songs are emailed within 3 working days. Need it sooner? Choose Express and order before 3pm on a working day, and we'll email your song the next working day. Orders after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
What do I receive?
An email with a link to your own private song page, where you can play your song, read the lyrics, download the MP3 and share it with family and friends. Songs are around 2 to 3 minutes long.
We send your song from info@makeit-personal.co.uk, so please add us to your contacts or safe senders list, and check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived.
What if something isn't quite right?
Every song includes one free revision requested within 14 days of delivery, whether that is a lyric tweak, a name fix or a different style.
Can you make it sound like a famous singer or song?
We can't imitate real artists or songs, but we can match the feel you're after. Choose a style and mood, and tell us in your story if there's a particular vibe you love.
Can I cancel my order?
Because every song is written to order and work starts straight away, songs can't be cancelled once production has begun. If you've made a mistake in your details, email us as soon as possible at info@makeit-personal.co.uk.
How can I use my song?
Play it, share it and gift it. It's perfect for parties, weddings and personal social media. Songs are for personal use, so they can't be sold or uploaded to music streaming services.
